What is Kemper EZPaysm Auto Recurring Payment?
Auto Recurring Payments are automatic payments of your monthly bill from your checking account, credit card or debit card.

How will I know when Kemper EZPaysm Auto Recurring Payment will be withdrawn or charged for the first time?
Kemper Specialty will mail you a Notification of Automatic Withdrawal before your first payment withdrawal/charge. This notice will explain the amount due and when the monthly withdrawals will begin.

I got a bill, but I just signed up for Kemper EZPaysm Auto Recurring Payment. Do I pay it?
Yes. If you receive a bill, you should pay it even though you are enrolled in Kemper EZPaysm Auto Recurring Payment. Due to timing, a payment may be due before your automatic withdrawals are scheduled to begin. You will receive a notice when automatic recurring payments have been scheduled to begin.

I took my payments off Kemper EZPaysm Auto Recurring Payment (bank, credit or debit card). Why did my bill increase?
Lower installment fees are available when you are enrolled in Kemper EZPaysm Auto Recurring Payment.   If you made any other changes to your policy, those changes could also impact your bill.

Will I receive a notice every time a payment is due?
No, you will only receive a notice for the first withdrawal or if the amount of the withdrawal changes.

What if a payment is declined by my bank or card company?
For Kemper EZPaysm Auto Recurring Payment from a bank account, the funds are resubmitted if the first withdrawal attempt was insufficient. The policy will be scheduled to cancel if a second withdrawal attempt is declined.

For Kemper EZPaysm Auto Recurring Payments from a payment card, the policy will be scheduled to cancel as soon as we are notified that the funds are not available.

Auto recurring payment plans will continue, if you send certified funds replacing the payment and the policy is reinstated.

Will the Kemper EZPaysm Auto Recurring Payment be paid from my account on the same day every month?
The date of the automatic withdrawal will be the same date each month. That date is either ON or AFTER the day of the month indicated on the "Notification of Automatic Withdrawal" letter.
